Our Mission
Daddy O's Acts of Kindness Foundation is our way of giving back to the Oxford Hills towns that have supported us since day one. Every dollar we raise goes directly to neighbors, food pantries, Special Olympics, and local non-profits.
What we do
Every year we serve a free, sit-down Thanksgiving meal to anyone in the community. Made possible through generous donations and an army of volunteers.
Any monetary donations made on Thanksgiving Day are passed straight to our area towns to help neighbors in need.
Every December we run our 12 Days of Christmas, giving away a total of $16,500 to area food pantries and non-profits - all funded by the generous donations of our customers.
When the community needs extra help - during SNAP disruptions, government shutdowns, or hard winters - we run Free Food Fridays from our Oxford location. Free prepared meals, drive-thru pickup, open to anyone.
We've hosted events and fundraisers for the Special Olympics for years. From breakfast benefits to in-store collections, every plate served helps a Maine athlete compete.
"Take what you need · Give what you can"
Both of our locations have a free pantry in the foyer. Anyone who could use a little something may help themselves - no cost, no questions asked. It's accessible during all open hours.
